Other nearby sites
In addition to the large site at Tollerton, the Rushcliffe Local Plan Core Strategy identifies two further allocation sites close to Tollerton, that are expected to impact on local roads and travel. The sites at Edwalton and Cotgrave also include sizable housing development before 2028
To the West a strategic site at Edwalton:
for housing for around 1,500 dwellings, up to 4 hectares of B1 and/or employment generating development, a neighbourhood centre and other community facilities as appropriate, all of which will be constructed within the plan period to 2028.
To the east a strategic site at Cotgrave
for housing for around 470 dwellings and the provision of around 4.5 hectares of B1, B2 and B8 employment development, all of which will be constructed within the plan period to 2028.
