Here’s some ideas to get active in Tollerton
Did you know that Tollerton has a wealth of local groups and clubs? From sport to gardening to supporting young people, there are plenty of opportunities to get active in Tollerton this year.
So if you are struggling for ideas here’s just a few of them to think about:
- Monday night – Petanque club @ the Air Hostess
- Thursday night – Yoga with Donna @ the Parish Rooms
- Sunday morning – Tollerton Veterans football @ the Open Space
- Every night – Allotment – take up your own allotment
- Once a week – volunteering with one of the youth or uniformed groups
- Once a week – cycling groups meet @ the Air Hostess

More opportunities and facilities
The Parish Council and Tollerton Community Trust have launched a new project to support active lives in Tollerton. The Active Tollerton Project is about providing more opportunities for sport and leisure in the village and the facilities needed to support this.
Is there an exercise, sport or activity group that you would like to see started in the village?
Other residents might be seeking the same activity and we can help you get started.
The Parish Council and Community Trust offer grants that can be used for a new group start up and our Executive and Finance Officers can give you some advice to help to get you up and running. Get in touch and let us know what you would need to set up a new group.
