The Parish Council is currently welcoming bids for a range of work in 2018 as part of the Active Tollerton Project. These include contracts for the purchase, delivery and installation of the following with appropriate surfacing:
- Interactive Play Equipment
- Adventurous (multi) Play Equipment
- Gym Equipment
The details of each set of requirements are set out in the Active Tollerton Specification
Bids are welcomed for each of the three contracts and should detail the specific a breakdown of costs as requested in the specification.
The Active Tollerton Project is about more than just installation of equipment. Bids should also show social value in relation to the project and the community plan.
Supporting information should include relevant recent experience in providing similar services and two reference sites.

All bids must:
- be on official letter headed paper
- include a completed summary document (Summary of Bid for Active Tollerton)
- be received at the Parish Rooms, Burnside Grove, Tollerton by 1pm on Wednesday 18 July 2018
