Extra-ordinary Parish Council Meeting*

Notice that an extra ordinary meeting of Tollerton Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 10 February at 7.30pm, to be held online in accordance with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020.

The meeting will take place using video conferencing through Zoom.  Residents, parishioners and press wishing to observe the meeting should contact the Executive Officer and Clerk to the Council to receive an online invite 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Appointments Committee Meeting

The Terms of reference of the Committee are to make any decision in relation to the interview, selection, recruitment and contracting of an Executive Officer. The meeting will be held at the Parish Rooms.

Please note that due to the nature of the subject to be discussed that part of this meeting may be held in closed session.
