Lesa was appointed at the beginning of September 2018 and is the ‘Proper Officer’ to the Council. She is responsible for the effective management of the Parish Council’s affairs/statutory requirements and line management of a small team of employees.
She is CiLCA (Certificate in Local Council Administration) qualified.
