Three new baby changing tables have been provided for families using meeting spaces in Tollerton.  The new tables are intended to make changing time more pleasant for our youngest residents (and mums and dads) who were not previously provided for.

The changing tables have been provided as part of the Parish Council’s work to protect and enhance local facilities – a priority in the Tollerton Community Plan.  The Parish Council has made a number of improvements to the Parish Rooms over the last couple of years but until recently it had no facilities for babies.  The building is regularly used by children and families who can now use the new facilities .

Parish Councillors identified a similar need at both the methodist church and the church centre.  All three venues host children’s parties and groups that can use the new facilities.

Where are they

The changing tables can be found at:

  • Parish Rooms – Disabled Toilet opposite the Men’s toilet
  • Methodist Church – Disabled Toilet accessed through the door to the Ladies’ toilet
  • St Peter’s Church Centre – tbc

St Peter’s Church also already has a baby changing table

All of these venues are available to hire and you can find out more on our village life pages.
